|AB 113 Implementing Regulations
|Pre-Rulemaking Activity: On October 4, 2023, the Board approved the Regulations Subcommittee’s proposed regulatory language as set forth in its September 27, 2023 Report. This rulemaking now is pending commencement of formal rulemaking with the Office of Administrative Law.
