ALRB Rulemaking
The table below provides a summary of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board’s current and recently completed rulemakings. Rulemaking documents and additional information regarding each rulemaking activity are available by clicking on the name of the proposed regulatory action in the table. The public is invited to participate in the Board’s rulemaking activities by submitting written comments or by attending any scheduled public hearings as provided in the detail for each rulemaking.

| AB 113 Implementing Regulations | The Board approved the regulatory package on December 11, 2024, and submitted the file to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on January 10, 2025. OAL has until February 25, 2025, to make a final determination. |
