The parties in the case have entered into an informal unilateral settlement agreement.
A hearing before an administrative law judge (“ALJ”) has been scheduled in the above-captioned matter to begin on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, First Day will begin at 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and continuing on successive weekdays thereafter, Wednesday through Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
Due to pandemic the hearing will be conducted by Webex video technology platform.
