SETTLEMENT
A hearing before an administrative law judge (“ALJ”) has been scheduled in the above-captioned matter to begin on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, and continuing on successive weekdays thereafter, Thursday, May 28, 2020, and resuming on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 if need be, all hearing days will start at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the ALRB Sacramento Office Head Quarters (“ALRB”) located at 1325 J Street, Suite 1900-B, Sacramento, California 95814.
