Board Issues Decision and Order in Ocean Mist Farms, 2017-CE-006-VIS (46 ALRB No. 5)

On December 30, 2020, the Agricultural Labor Relations Board issued a decision upholding the findings of an administrative law judge that Ocean Mist Farms violated the Agricultural Labor Relations Act when it suspended three workers who engaged in a protected work stoppage because they perceived working conditions were unsafe.
