Rulemaking documents and additional information regarding each rulemaking activity are available by clicking on the name of the proposed regulatory action in the table. The public is invited to participate in the Board’s rulemaking activities by submitting written comments or by attending any scheduled public hearings as provided in the detail for each rulemaking.
